Vince R. is a happy customer!

"Dear Kuni Honda, I am writing you to let you know how grateful I am with regard to the service I received during my most recent servicing of my 2009 Pilot. I came in this past Saturday for some routine maintenance and a chirping noise in the engine area. I wasn't prepared to wait all day so my service advisor, Shawn, promptly asked one of the attendants to give me a ride home in the shuttle. Even though it doesn't run on Saturdays, they got me home in a hurry. I was contacted late in the day that my vehicle was ready and they offered to come pick me up. I agreed and waited for the attendant to pick me up. We got to Kuni after the 6pm closing but Shawn stayed late to greet me and hand over my keys. I really appreciate your staff picking me up and staying past closing to delivery my car to me." Vince R.
