Kuni Honda goes above and beyond your expectations!
"I wanted to pass along how pleased I was with the great customer service I received yesterday morning at Kuni Honda. I pulled up around 7:10am and two people from the service dept waved me right into the service bay. I was immediately met by someone asking what I needed which was simply a bulb change for my brake light. She directed me to the Parts Dept, called them so they could meet me at the desk and then she came a minute later with the old bulb to show them what I needed. She then told me it would be just a couple of minutes while they washed my car so I had a cup of coffee. Within 5 more minutes I was told my car was ready - and even received an "apology" for moving the seat! Good customer service is hard to come by as everyone is so busy living in their own little world. This experience started my morning off so well and I was very appreciative as it was above and beyond my expectations." Melissa G.
